This Fort Lauderdale beach surprise proposal was adorable! I’ve never photographed such a romantic engagement in all my years.

Jimmy + Kaylee both live in Texas. They have been dating each other for a few years. Kaylee had always wanted a beach photoshoot, so Jimmy contacted me to get it booked in during a short vacation they had planned. Little did she know that he was going to pop the question during this session.

Jimmy knew exactly how he wanted to propose. He put together a slide show of all the pictures the couple had together over the last few years and added their favorite song to the slideshow. After 30 minutes of pictures I gave Jimmy the thumbs up to start the slideshow.

The last image of the slideshow was the ring in a box he bought Kaylee. He got down on one knee. And of course she said yes! However, Jimmy’s romantic surprise beach proposal doesn’t end there…Kaylee’s friends mean everything to her. They couldn’t be with them during the surprise beach proposal in Fort Lauderdale, but he’d captured every one of her friends and family members on his phone saying a few congratulatory words on their engagement. Plenty of tears later, these pictures are the end result of a very romantic hour for this couple.
