Madelyn + Lane met in elementary school and have been dating for 3 years. Both are huge Disney lovers and aren’t afraid to admit they have had annual passes to the parks for several years. With their love for all-things Disney, their proposal was one for the books…

The couple loved the Lion King growing up and one weekend they went to see the show. Lane surprised Madelyn with backstage passes to meet all the performers. She was so excited! To top it all off, Lane got down on one knee and proposed with the entire cast and crew cheering them on!

When Madelyn got in touch to have some engagement photos taken, I was so excited she chose somewhere different. As a wedding and engagement photographer in Fort Lauderdale, I love taking engagement photographs on Fort Lauderdale beach, but sometimes it sparks my creativity to try somewhere new. When Madelyn suggested Las Olas Boulevard for engagement pictures I jumped at the chance. I love the secret alleyways, unique boutique shop fronts, and the fun and modern vibe this area has to offer.

Their engagement session was a dream. Full of laughs, giggles, and smiles, and it’s blatantly obvious the two absolutely adore each other.
