Flornise + Juandy were married at St Sebastian’s Catholic Church in Fort Lauderdale. It was the fairy-tale church wedding that Flornise had dreamt of; a red and white rose bouquet, white stretch limo, linen swags draped down the aisle, and the beautiful Floridian sunshine.
The bride and groom have been dating for some time. Juandy works on cruise ships as an information technology specialist and is away for several months at a time. When they get together, the sparks really do fly. I love being a wedding photographer in Fort Lauderdale for this reason. And photographing weddings in churches is even more perfect.
St Sebastian’s Church sits on the waterfront in Fort Lauderdale and boasts magnificent wooden beams and beautiful stain glass windows.
There was so much attention to detail with the floral designs running down the aisle and the two headliner arrangements on the alter. These were carefully created by Finest Planning + Decor Designing.
The groomsmen looked dapper in their navy blue suits and red bow tie! The best man and groom himself chose to wear powder blue suits with tartan bow ties that really stole the show. These details are what wedding photographers dream of!
The bride chose red for her girls’ dresses. Such a fantastic color that really popped in the sunshine during the bridal portraits.
