Nicole and her mum used to visit Florida’s Butterfly World regularly as a young child. Located in Coconut Creek, Florida, this beautiful wildlife sanctuary is the largest butterfly park in the world boasting over 20000 live butterflies.  Nicole had so many happy memories associated with her trips there. Unfortunately, Nicole’s mom passed away some time ago, but after Yannick proposed to her, she knew exactly where she wanted to have the ceremony.

Butterfly World does’t normally allow weddings at their center, but in honor of her mom, they opened their doors to Nicole and her twenty guests for her March ceremony.Butterfly World Wedding Ceremony

It was such a fun event! We had to ensure we took a few pictures of her fur-babies before the ceremony began.

The reception took us on a luxury yacht sailing from Fort Lauderdale along the intercoastal. Despite the heavens opening and incredibly gusty winds, it was a night to remember for Nicole and Yannick.

I’m so lucky to have met the happy couple and I wish them the best of luck for their future together.
