Beach Engagement Photoshoot – South Florida

Oh, friends, this South Florida Engagement Session was so special! First, it was held at Deerfield Beach, just north of Fort Lauderdale, South Florida. The historic charm of the beach pier, the beautiful color of the water, the 80mph winds…! It’s one of my favorite places to capture a loving couple.

Marissa contacted me late 2016 saying they were traveling down to sunny Florida from Albany, NY. They were after engagement photos on the beach; somewhere warm to escape the cold winter in the northern states.

Despite the high coastal winds and spotted rain, this Floridian beach didn’t disappoint. I think we can all agree that if their real-life jobs in social work and insurance don’t work out, we could have future models on our hands! I loved capturing this special moment with you both and look forward to your wedding later this year.
