This Bonaventure Resort + Spa Indian wedding was magical.
Jodie + Hamza are already married. They had a small ceremony earlier this year with close friends and family. However, as is tradition in the Indian and Pakistani community, a big wedding reception was needed!
Jodie is half Venezuelan and half Lebanese, and Hamza’s heritage is Pakistani. The couple have been together for over 4-years after being introduced by his brother. The rest is history.
Jodie is a fashion and lifestyle blogger and her sense of style resonated with her choice of her gorgeous blush and gold bridal outfit. She teamed this with some bedazzling red and gold earrings and bracelets, and a matching Maang Tikka. Hamza wore a purple and gold crushed velvet sherwani with matching shawl and shoes.
Jodie + Hamza chose to host their wedding reception at the Bonaventure Resort + Spa in Weston. Being able to accommodate 300 guests was a priority for the couple, and this venue could host this many comfortable. Having their wedding reception at Bonaventure Resort + Spa meant they had their choice of three ballrooms, plus smaller intimate rooms for Jodie’s Mehndi celebrations the evening before. The resort also has a tropical garden with flowing streams and a mature koi pond for those perfect bride and groom portraits.
Their wedding planner, Mekaso Creations, did an amazing job with all the beautiful details and décor on the day. From the bright pop of color of the table florals, to the drop tiered crystal table chandeliers. Best of all was the pink, gold and white Indian wedding stage by Linen Connection by Julio complete with white and gold regal sofa. This was the focal point of this Muslim Indian wedding.
With thanks to all the amazing vendors who helped create this magical Indian wedding at Bonaventure Resort + Spa. Credits at foot of this blog post.
