Ekta + Chris first met during their medical training and have been dating for 2-years. Ekta is tall, confident, and beautiful with jet black hair and dark almond eyes. Chris is mischievous, has a smile that makes everyone else smile, and has dimples that I’m super jealous of.
They got engaged in June of this year and wanted unique scenery for their session. So they chose Morikami Museum + Japanese Gardens for their engagement photoshoot.
When I asked them both to write a few words about how they met and what they most loved about each other, Ekta’s response nearly brought tears to my eyes. She wrote; ‘Chris brings a simplicity to him that weaves the most complex of problems with simple ease. I truly adore him and I never thought I would ever feel this way about anyone’. That could be a passage from a romance novel!
As soon as I met them, I knew I’d be able to capture a gorgeous engagement photoshoot. They warned me they were a little goofy in front of the camera and weren’t too confident with taking pictures. But they were both so natural with each other and taking their pictures was a breeze.
Ekta wore a teal sari for the engagement photoshoot. It was absolutely stunning. Standing against the greenery of the trees she shone like a diamond! It is clear they are both very much in love and I was so glad to be part of their journey together.
