This styled wedding shoot was conceived by a group of very talented creatives from the Fort Lauderdale Rising Tide Society. Cuban culture resonates throughout South Florida. As a result, we wanted to pay homage to it’s vintage style, vibrant colors, and synonymous icons. The idea was to create a modern Cuban wedding with touches of old Cuba.
There were endless details to swoon over. Take a look at the marble tile Cuban-inspired name plates designed by Mavi, the heavenly cake and dessert creations by Sweet Charity’s and The Starfish Cottage, and the mobile mojito bar by Hitched Affair. Old cigar boxes decorated with vibrant floral hues of pinks, yellow, and pantone green popped everywhere.
The table decorations were stunning! We chose a vintage-style setting with modern touches.
Flowerly Studio prepared the most amazing florals, such as the showstopping hanging garden. They also designed the most fun boutonniere I’ve ever seen! Furthermore, you’ll all agree this bridal bouquet is most amazing you’ve ever seen. Right?!
We wanted a unique wedding dress with a pop of color and we found it in this perfect two-piece bridal gown. The high-waisted pink champagne sequined skirt matched perfectly with with white silk crop top.
